At Ski Base we value your entire customer experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We will offer a full refund with your proof of purchase within 30 days provided that the item is unused and free of wear. Items should be in their original package, free from damage, and tags attached. A 15% restocking fee may be incurred if these criteria are absent.
Items listed as “final sale” are indeed just that and non-returnable.
For online orders, customers are responsible for the cost and successful shipping of the item back to Ski Base provided that the order was free of errors. Once the item is received at our shop, it will be reviewed and a refund will be processed within 2-4 business days (minus the original shipping fees). A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
