We will make every effort to have your order ready within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note: You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up.
Please come prepared with your order confirmation (on your phone works just fine) and photo ID to retrieve your items. Please note in the order if another person will be picking it up for you.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We currently only offer shipping within Canada via Canada Post, CanPar or Purolator.
Orders are subject to the applicable provincial and federal taxes according to where the item will be shipped. All orders are shipped at Regular Ground rate unless other arrangements are made, in which the customer will be quoted and billed accordingly.
An order usually takes 1-2 days to process and estimated standard Canadian delivery times are 4-12 business days once the item is shipped. Of course, there are always external factors with freight providers that we cannot control. We do our best to get your order to you efficiently and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships.

We do not ship internationally at this time, but if you're really keen on something we carry please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
We offer flat rates based on the weight and size of your package(s).
Flat rate = $20 (may exclude larger items)
Skis = $30 *Please note: we do not install bindings on skis to be shipped unless boots are also purchased from Ski Base at the same time*
Bikes = Currently in-store pick up only. We are willing to ship bikes in Canada and rates will vary depending on a buyer's physical address. Payments for bikes to be shipped must be made via Direct Bank Transfer ONLY, which can be arranged by telephone.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149 (excludes large items such as bikes, skis, car racks, etc.)
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us by phone or emailing [email protected] as soon as possible, ideally the same day. If the order has shipped, we will need to follow the return process and you will not be refunded the shipping costs.
Occasionally, an item may show as "in-stock", but may not be available or in insufficient condition to be shipped to a customer. In this case, you will be notified and refunded for the item. Please note, that it may take 2-4 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
